Utility Options Database

Publicly owned utilities, especially small municipalities and rural electric cooperatives, face new options, challenges, and opportunities in a fast-changing electric industry environment. In order to help community-owned utilities succeed, Western's Energy Services group developed the Utility Options database to provide examples of innovative, utility-tested approaches to energy efficiency incentives, renewable energy, load management, new technologies, environmental issues, diversification, customer service, and marketing. Submissions from users are welcomed. Submit a program/project.
